1. The wig product is made from Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range is between 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because there are no hair cuticles to maintain the color for an extended period, and the hair cream rinse within the wig cap cannot be washed out.

3. Wig wearing steps: a. Gently comb the wig with a wide-tooth comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle. d. Secure the wig in place.

5. Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb.
6. Mix shampoo in cold or warm water.
7. Soak the wig for 1-3 minutes.
8. Rinse with water.
9. Dry with a towel.

10. Gently shake the wig to restore its style, then allow it to air dry.

11. Shedding and tangling: All wigs will shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to remove any loose hair, combing from the ends to the roots. This will prevent further shedding and tangling. (Tip: Curly wigs are best combed with your fingers.)

13. All wigs are hand-trimmed, so the hairstyle may vary slightly from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig to suit your needs.
14. Colors may differ slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent the colors of all our products.
