Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range is around 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because the hair lacks cuticles, preventing the color from lasting for an extended period, and the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

When it comes to wearing the wig, the recommended steps are as follows: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d) secure the wig in place.

As for wig cleaning and care, begin by detangling the hair using a wide-tooth comb. Then, apply shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, and rinse with water. Dry the wig with a towel, gently shake it to restore the style, and allow it to air dry naturally. (Tip: For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with your fingers.)

It is important to note that all wigs will experience some shedding and tangling, especially during the initial wear. This is a normal occurrence. To address this, use a wide-tooth comb to gently brush the hair from the ends to the roots, and the wig fibers will no longer shed or tangle excessively.

Regarding hairstyle and color, please note that all wigs are hand-trimmed, so the hairstyle may vary slightly from one batch to another. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Additionally, the color may differ slightly due to factors such as computer monitor settings and personal color perception. While we strive to accurately represent the colors, some variation is possible.

Please be aware that the wig might be out of shape when you receive it, due to extrusion during packaging or transport. This is easily remedied by combing the wig or using an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will then appear as depicted in the picture.

Finally, the maximum circumference of the wig cap is approximately 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a normal error margin of 1-2 cm. The size is adjustable.
